Return Policy

Thank you for purchasing on our website.  Every customer is valued, we care that you are happy with your purchase and the service received.

If a book or item needs to be returned, as long as it is in new condition, you may return it within 14 days of receipt of the book for a full refund.  Call Deon Stonehouse 541-593-2525 or email sunriverbooks@sunriverbooks.com to arrange the return and receive the correct address depending on your shipping method. Sunriver Books & Music does not cover the cost of shipping returns, the cost of shipping the return is the responsibility of the customer. .

Some books or items are not returnable, such as special ordered items ordered specifically for you and not generally carried in our bookstore.

Please alert us immediately, within 5 working days if you receive a package with missing or damaged items.
